Marble & Glazed Foyer
In answer to a client’s dilemma of loving Italian plaster but having a lot of decorating to be done on a limited budget, a troweled glaze was applied to the walls of this entry foyer to simulate the movement and visual texture of plaster. The columns and recessed spaces of the picture frame moulding were done in a faux White Breche marble. Mouldings were glazed and distressed to add to the architectural interest. This project was done in Forest Hills, Harford County, MD.
