Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing

A glaze was mixed and applied over the existing cabinet finish to neutralize the pink tones. The glaze was allowed to settle in the recesses. Some new cabinets were added to the kitchen (the spice cabinets to the left and right of the sink) and the glazing hid any slight differences between old and new.

Applying a new finish treatment on top of an existing one is a very economical way to upgrade the look of kitchen cabinets without the intense labor involved in completely stripping and removing an old finish.
